Who we are
LUCEA DMC is a Montenegro-based destination management company creating tailor-made travel experiences, incentive programmes, meetings and events across Montenegro and the Adriatic.
We work primarily with international travel agencies, companies and partners looking for a reliable local team — one that understands the destination, communicates clearly and takes care of every detail on the ground.
More than local knowledge
For us, destination management is not simply about booking hotels, restaurants and transfers.
It is about understanding what makes a programme work as a whole — the right pace, the right places, smooth logistics and experiences that feel authentic to the destination.
From private journeys and incentive programmes to corporate events and group travel, every project is designed around the people taking part in it.
A personal approach
LUCEA is intentionally built around close cooperation and direct communication. Our partners know who they are working with. We stay involved from the first idea and proposal through planning, coordination and on-site delivery. That allows us to remain flexible, respond quickly and give each project the attention it deserves.

I was fortunate to grow up in Budva, where hospitality, the sea, the sun and people have always been part of my life. Wherever my professional path took me, events, organisation, destinations and tourism somehow always found their way into it. Even when I worked in other fields, I kept coming back to this world.
Over time, I realised that this is what I truly love – creating experiences that make people feel welcome and exactly where they are meant to be.
LUCEA DMC was born from years of experience and a genuine love for this work. To me, its name carries the idea of a guiding light – something that shows the way, brings reassurance and makes the path ahead feel clearer. That is exactly how I want our clients to feel when they entrust us with their journey, event or group.
